Which is why in 2021, we introduced a Special Projects Division to Mallick Mechanical Contractors.

Our team is still providing the same experienced dedication that our customers have come accustomed to counting on – but now at just a faster pace with smaller and shorter interval projects.

WHAT IS YOUR GOAL WITH THE SPECIAL PROJECT DIVISION?

This division addition will help us better serve a need for our clients and give them the ability to request service for a multitude of issues.

We’ve been long known for our new construction involving plans and specs, which also helped us earn the Mechanical Contractor of Choice brand. Now, we have the opportunity to be customers’ Mechanical Boutique, granting them the opportunity to select any project size, duration or type and have us execute it on time and under budget.

INDUSTRIES WE SERVE

We will continue to serve the Washington Metropolitan D.C. Area but are willing to expand beyond that, depending on whether or not all risk parameters are met.

Our focus is on vertical markets, including K-12, higher education and government entities.
